Born December 1, 1952 in King City and raised at Lockwood, where his parents Clifford Keith and Jean Marie Plaskett bought a ranch — the country life he never really left. He attended King City High School and worked many years as a heavy equipment operator. He and Kathleen moved to Paso Robles in 1993 and to Wonder Valley in 2017. He died July 12, 2026, five years after Kathleen.
