Twin Dies at Birth - Murton and Winston Plaskett
Murton lasted one day. His twin Winston lasted a year. Lawson and Olive lost them both.
Winston Lawson Plaskett was born August 23, 1918 at 2:10pm, but his twin brother Murton Lawson Plaskett died at birth of convulsions on August 24, 1918. Their parents were Lawson M. Plaskett (35, Jolon farmer) and Olive H. Sans Plaskett (19). Murton was buried August 25.
Winston did not long outlive him. He died in 1919, still an infant — so within a single year Lawson and Olive buried both of the twins born to them that August afternoon.
