Charles Henry Plaskett Falls at Spreckels Sugar Refinery

Charles Henry Plaskett fell building the Spreckels sugar refinery in 1912, leaving five children.

Charles Henry Plaskett, father of Cecil, Ralph, Steve, Florence, and Jenny, died as a result of a fall while helping to build Spreckels Sugar Refinery near Salinas in 1912. The official cause listed was gastritis, and he was 49 years old, divorced, son of Byron and Martha Plaskett.
