One of three adjoining claims — Blackbird, Buzzard, Crow — below the Queen Hattie on the north side of Willow Creek, bought by Luneta Thelen of Gorda from Fred Vaugh shortly before June 1960. Mabel Plaskett reports the claims showed good prospects and that the owners kept up their assessment work.
